Step one: Think positively and speak positively.

Consider starting lifestyle changes that will establish long term changes such as joining a gym or a weekly exercise class.
Step Three: Add Veggies, Salad and Fruit to your Diet
Adding veggies, salad and fruit to your daily diet will replace those extra calories that you are consuming on a regular basis due to craving essential nutrients and vitamins. These foods will provide you with energy and a stimulated metabolism that will show up in weight loss. When you eat foods that are high in vitamins and nutrients then they will create a decrease in cravings for sugar and junk foods that may have been causing you to over eat.
Step Four: Drink 8 Glasses of Water a Day
Drinking water will assist your body in flushing away unwanted waste and fat. It will also decrease your desire to munch and over eat. Drink a glass of water before each meal to take away the desire to over eat. Your skin will also take on a new shine and healthy appearance as you drink eight glasses of water a day.
Step five: Apply the Above Four Steps
Applying these simple four steps will result in weight loss of ten pounds or more. You will see the physical transformation take place in your body as you allow these steps to develop into habits in your life.
