Exercise is important and everyone knows it. The problem is that it can be hard to not only fit in a workout, but to get through one. Everyone’s days are extremely busy, and it can be hard to eat so that you have the energy to get through a workout. But if you can’t get through your workout, how can it help you? Here are some tips on getting through a workout so that you can get healthy
What you’ll need:
Sleep
Proper Diet
Water
FRS
1. Get Plenty of Sleep
Whenever you are going to workout, you need the energy to do it. If you don’t get enough sleep, then there is no way that you’ll have the energy you need to get through your day and workout. Most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep a night, and if you are getting less than that and are often tired, you need to go to bed earlier. Lack of sleep can have serious health effects, but if you manage just an extra 30 minutes, you’ll be surprised how much better you’ll feel. More sleep equals energy that will let you workout better.
2. Eat a Proper Diet
If you don’t eat a proper diet, you can’t expect to have the energy to get through a workout without crashing. If you eat junk food, you aren’t getting the proper nutrition your body needs. Running on caffeine and sugar might get you through your workday, but by the time you get home, you’re too tired to even consider working out. Worse, you’ll get halfway through and be too exhausted to continue. Fast foods, chips, ice cream – none of these will give you the energy that you need. Make sure to include in your diet fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, healthy fats, and snacks such as yogurt and nuts.
3. Drink Lots of Water
You’ve probably heard it a million times – you’re not drinking enough water. More than likely, you aren’t. Water is extremely necessary for your body to be healthy. It flushes out toxins, clears your skin, and helps you to have more energy. Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. That’s 64 ounces of water. May seem crazy, but if you cut out sodas, you’ll have time to drink water and lose the extra calories.
4. Use FRS
FRS is a great, healthy energy supplement that will help you finish your workout without a crash. Instead of pumping you full of sugar and caffeine, this supplement will help your body produce its own energy, naturally. It uses quercetin, which is an antioxidant that you can find in foods like grapes, blueberries, or apples, and it works by triggering your body to make energy. It can be used by anyone, and comes in several forms – chews, drinks, and even a powdered formula.
